He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Chinnis and Ema Nell Kimmick Chinnis. He is survived by: his wife Linda Barnes Chinnis; his children, Seth Chinnis (Katelyn) and Jordan (Kate); his siblings, Charles Chinnis and Donna Chinnis; his nephew Joshua Chinnis; and his grandchildren, Julian and Sutton.
