He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Weatherford; and his brother Weatherford, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Cindy Byrns; his children, Richard Weatherford, Jr. (Paula), Sherrie Lindberg (Robbie), Bryan Weatherford and Skipper Weatherford (Christie); his grandchildren, Richard Weatherford III (Brittany), Katie Glover (Matt), Jimmy Lindberg, Jade Weatherford, McKenna Weatherford, Hollis Weatherford and Jaxon Weatherford; and his sisters, Delores Lopez (Joe) of Charleston, Marilyn Craig (Paul) of Charleston and Linda Robinson (Jimmy) of Charleston. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
