Cook, Jr. (Christine) of Chapin; his sister Patricia Gail Seabrook; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Clute, Melissa Faye Griffin, Jimmy Hardee, Seth Birkes and Hunter Cook; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Johnson, Jaycob Johnson, Colin Barnett, Jadie Griffin, Andrew Duncan Griffin, Jackson E. Hardee, Jagger Gorsky, Caleb Birkes, Maddox Davis, Chase Davis, Brady Davis, Dillon Upton and Nick Hinton.
