He was predeceased by: his parents, Roney Elwell Webb and Eleanor Burney Webb; and his wife Julia Rowan. He is survived by: his children, Robert B. Webb, Jr. of Mount Pleasant, SC and Melissa W. Hillen (Brian) of Mount Pleasant, SC; his stepson Trey Loughran (Lee) of Atlanta, GA; and his sister Barbara W. Clore (Woody) of Clemmons, NC.
