He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Edward Parker and Naomi Parker Hancock; his stepfather Lawrence Hancock; and his grandparents, Maurice, Karen Abbott and Minnie Parker.
He is survived by: his spouse Michael VanLandingham; his son Russell Edward Parker II (Ashley); his stepsons, Nathaniel VanLandingham (Anne) and Michael Edward VanLandingham (Suzanne); his sister Susan Webster (William E., Jr.); his sibling's children, Ashley Harris (Danny) and William E. Webster III; his grandchildren, Kellson Parker and Trevor Parker; his stepgrandchildren, Kai, Keira Hebert, Nathaniel, Gabriel, Hope and Esthyr VanLandingham; his aunts, Carolyn Wheatley and Betty France; and the mother of his child Cheryl Parker-Graham. He is also survived by his family and friends.
