She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Maymon Watterson and Dallas Watterson; her husband William Combs; her son Jeff Combs (Traci); and her sisters, Kay Ferrell and Rita Stepp.
She is survived by: her daughter Lana Freshour (Jeff); her grandchildren, Ryan Freshour (Merilee), Cory Freshour (Haley), Taylor Combs (Mohnish), Noah Combs, Jonah Combs and Toby Combs; her great grandchildren, Dawson, Evelyn Bo Freshour, Dashiell and Meadow May Freshour; and her sister Sue Smith (Danny). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
