It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Isgette Bitters of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Cottageville, South Carolina, who passed away on July 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Eugene Isgette and Julia Ansley Jacques Isgette; her son Steve Bitters; her sister Pauline Steinmeyer; and her sister-in-law Dee Isgette.
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Bitters Yohe (Richard) of Charleston; her daughter-in-law Shirley R. Bitters of Grover; her brothers, George Isgette and Harold Isgette (Peggy); her grandchildren, Eric Yohe (Jennifer), Jessica Freeman (Nick) and Charles Starks (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Shelby, Wesley, William and David.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be directed in her memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
