He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Wayne Frink, Sr. (Steven). He is survived by: his mother Dianne Frink; his wife Kathy Frink; his children, Cooper, Kasey and Colby Frink; his siblings, Jerry'Jay'Frink Jr. and Dawn Fetzer; his niece Sydney Schroeder; and his nephew Taylor Fetzer.
