She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Dale and Douglas Calhoun Bunch; and her brother Douglas Edward Bunch. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Chanson of Hollywood, S. C. and ErinMcWhorter of Awendaw, S. C.; and her grandchildren, Lauren Hamilton, Megan Folden, Caroline McWhorter, Joshua McWhorter and Mathew McWhorter. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to Porter-Gaud School or to the following charities- Lowcountry Food Bank, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Salvation Army.
