She is survived by: her sons, Josiah Mazzell Jr. (Peggy), Jonathan Blane Mazzell and Patrick McGuigan (Maggie); her grandchildren, Josiah Mazzell III, Nathaniel Mazzell (Jennifer), Tiffany Whitehouse (Michael), Mariah Jones (Avery) and Augie; and her great grandchildren, Chelsea Mazzell, David, Caleb Whitehouse, Kaylee Templeton-Jones, Ethan Templeton-Jones and Connor Jones.
