Cuzzell; his sisters-in-law, Debi Myers and Traci Hamann (Donald); his nieces, Amy Myers and Sarah Myers; his nephew Timothy "TJ" Hamann (Kathleen); his great-nephew Jamie Dickey; and his great-niece Iris Hamann.
