Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Theodore leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bowers and Hazel Bowers; and his brother George Bowers. He is survived by: his wife Laura Teague Bowers; his daughter Hailey Rhame Bowers; and his siblings, Georgiann "Cookie" Hutchinson (William) and Robert "Bobby" Bowers (Linda). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Family Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Pet Helpers James Island and the Good Cheer Fund.
