Theodore leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Theodore’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Theodore will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Vera Soderlund, Donald Alfred and David Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Susan Slattery Soderlund; his children, Janice (John Whitford) and Eric (Lisa Soderlund); and his brother Kenneth Oscar. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Charleston Jazz to support the Charleston Jazz Academy and its education outreach programs.
