The family announces the passing of Tyler James Lazarczyk of Charleston, South Carolina on September 8, 2026. Tyler, born on March 15, 1993 in Newark, Delaware, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jim, Frances Huss and Frank Lazarczyk; and his uncle Todd Huss. He is survived by: his mother Missy Huss; his stepfather Larry Towsey of Charleston, SC; his father Mark Lazarczyk (April) of Summerville, SC; his siblings, Kelly Carlson (Eric) of Bastrop, TX, Rachel Lewis (Chase) of Audubon, PA and Steve Towsey (Nicole) of Lincoln University, PA; and his grandmother Patricia Lazarczyk of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post 147 (968 Folly Rd, Charleston, SC 29412). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
