It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Warder Mims of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Warder and Georgia Wyndham Warder; her husband Patterson G. Mims; and her sister Bonnie Warder. She is survived by: her children, Patterson "Monty" Mims of Ravenel, Angie Mims-Lewis (Kelly) of Vance and Ray Hudson of Smoaks; her siblings, Joanne Krider (Dave) of Pennsylvania, Ernie Warder (Joni) of Summerville, Robert Warder (Andrea) of Charleston and Tina Whitehead (Jimmy) of Inman; and her grandchildren, Patterson L. Mims Jr., Elisha Hudson Corrigan and Katie Hudson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
