Though Vicki may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vicki touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Francis Monogan, Jr. and Doris Monogan (Mae Baker) of North Charleston, SC; her daughter Jessica Carroll (Wiggins); and her granddaughter McKayla Matthews. She is survived by: her husband Alton Perry; her son Kevin Monogan; her brothers, William F Monogan (Bill) and Dennis K Monogan (Carla); and her grandchildren, Alannah Monogan, McKenzie Carroll, Christian Carroll and Christopher Nadeau. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
