It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Bustos Garno of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Nelson (Barber) and Lester Nelson; and her husband Joe Bustos. She is survived by: her sons, Jesse Bustos-Nelson and Joe Bustos Jr. (Kathy); her grandchildren, Kelly Ellsworth and Brian Bustos; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Ellsworth and William Joseph Bustos.
