She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Polak and Saul Horn; and her daughter Jessica Norwood. She is survived by: her son Jonathan Sprintz; her sister Lori Postal; and her grandchildren, Locke, Archer and Cleo.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at 514 Robert Daniel Dr, Charleston, SC 29492.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the National Kidney Foundation.
