He was predeceased by : his parents, William Ferguson Sr. and Barbara Elder Ferguson. He is survived by : his wife Susan Ferguson of Charleston, SC; his children, Jessie Lynn (Sam) and Christopher Ferguson (Annalyse); his grandchildren, Phoenix, Max and Valentino; and his siblings, Sandra Ferguson, Sheila Gremse and Andrew Ferguson.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens (1308 Mathis Ferry Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464).
