He was predeceased by: his brother Whitney Chase Willard. He is survived by: his mother Anne Jackson Pettus (David); his wife Schellie Willard; his children, Taylor Willard and Carson Willard; his parent WJ Willard (Joan); and his brother James Thornley. He is also survived by his aunt and several cousins.
