She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Reichelt and Elsie Hudson Reichelt; her husband Albert Gurney; her siblings, Edward Reichelt, Dennis Reichelt, Mildred Engers, Lois Jones and Patricia Wosyluk; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Gurney.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Gurney (Carole) of Berlin, MD and Denise Boggs (Don) of Conway, SC; her sisters, Joyce DeThomas of Severn, MD and Sharon Smith of Sammamish, WA; her grandchildren, Jessica Freeman (Jim), Brandon Gurney (Lauren), Loren Heaps and Bobby Heaps (Landry); her great grandchildren, Luke (Destiny), Jake, Kenzie, Simon, Kristi, Eli, Grayson, Graham, Addison and Makenzie; and her great great grandchild Lila.
