She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel James McPherson and Beatrice McPherson. She is survived by: her husband Dewitt Hilliard; her children, Melanie Quick of Cheraw, SC and Craig Hilliard of Anderson, SC; and her brother Daniel "Jimmy" McPherson of Spartanburg, SC.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westside Baptist Church (105 Claremont St, Cheraw, SC 29520). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at the Saint David's Cemetery (98 2nd St, Cheraw, SC 29520).
