He is survived by: his children, Christian Bohnstedt (Dane) of Charlotte, NC, Robert Hainey (Olivia) of Portland and David Hainey of Cheraw, SC; his former wife Shannon Coker of Cheraw, SC; his mother Christina Norton; his stepfather Charles Norton of Bennettsville, SC; his brothers, George Hainey (Hope) of Bennettsville, SC and Scott Hainey (Angie) of McColl, SC; and his grandchildren, Whitfield and Elouise.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar Kiser Funeral Home (1020 State Rd, Cheraw, SC 29520).
