It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Joyce McQuage (Cheraw, South Carolina), born in Bennettsville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George W. Chavis and Margaret Steen Chavis. She is survived by : her children, Jessica Suggs (Robert) of Lexington, SC and James Nathan McQuage Jr. "Jim" (Pam) of Orangeburg, SC; her grandchildren, Mary-Baylus Suggs, Payton Suggs, Carter Suggs, Carrie Metts and Katie Metts; and her siblings, Jimmy Chavis (Neva) of Orangeburg, SC, Marlene Rowe (England) of Sulfolk and Kathey Lewellen.
