She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilma Huusko (Mattson) and Charles Huusko; her stepson William; her brothers, Ray Rikkola (Libby), Jack Rikkola (Ellen), Eino Rikkola (Dorothy) and Charles Huusko; Esther Lind (Gordon).
She is survived by: her husband Paul Joseph Supanich; her great grandchild Mort; her children, Pam Besonen (Paul) of Trout Creek, MI, Alice Ehnert (Gary) of Middleton, WI, Nancy (Rob Hyatt) of Los Angeles, CA, Faron (Rachael Parkhurst) of Lansing, MI and John (Sierra Ayres); her stepsons, Dan (Alison) of Rochester, WA and Mark of Helena, MT; her sisters, Jean McLaughlin of Puyallup, WA and Dorothy Little of Ashland, WI; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Huusko of Cornucopia, WI, Anne Sullivan (Jim) of Waukegan, IL and Tony Supanich (Terry) of Oregon, WI. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Reid Funeral Service and Chapel (18240 US-41, L'Anse, MI 49946). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (490 Winter St, L'Anse, MI 49946).
