He is survived by: his son Rodney Skipper; his sisters, Sharon, Beverly Ransom of Kingstree, SC, Vernessa Ransom of Columbia, SC, Sandra Horne (Ralph) of Columbia, SC, Stephanie Cribb of Columbia, SC and Personna White (Walter) of Passaic, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Brandon, Jelicia, Terrell, Lilian and Sierra. He is also survived by cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews, other loving relatives, and devoted friends.
