He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman David Brock and Ruth Elizabeth Robinson Brock; his son John Russell "Russ" Capps; and his sister Julie Ann Griffith. He is survived by : his children, Shea Costner (Ashley) of Rock Hill, Brandy Lee Hampton of Westfield, IN and David DuRocher II of LaPorte, IN; and his sisters, Ruth Elaine Kuhn of South Haven, MI., Deborah Lucille Phillips of South Haven, MI. and Nancy Jean Keeler of Skipperville, AL.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
