Morris (Chesnee, South Carolina), born in Canton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Harrison Ervin Benfield and Hazel Todd Benfield; and her siblings, Christine Huffman and Bill Benfield. She is survived by: her daughters, Rita Eison of Chesnee, Renee Morris of Chesnee and Susan Coffey; her siblings, Mary Blanton, Shirley Ray and Jack Benfield; her grandson Billy Eison Andrew (Debbie); her great grandchildren, Jacob (Megan), Cody Eison, Silas and Mary Ellen Eison; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Benfield.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Buck Creek Baptist Church (506 Buck Creek Rd, Chesnee, SC 29323). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Buck Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (506 Buck Creek Rd, Chesnee, SC 29323).
