He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar William Worley and Gladys Chapman Worley; his siblings, Robert Lee Worley, Charles Worley, James Worley, Louise Worley, Clara "Sissy" Worley and Helen Stuart; and his nephews, Robert Worley and Jeffery Worley.

He is survived by: his wife Arlene Carpenter Worley; his children, Lynn Worley, Tracy Orr of Spartanburg, Chris Martin and Zachary Worley of Mayo; his sister Alice Bailey of Inman; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Worley, Ronald Worley, Junior Bailey, Judy Guy, Christian Norton, Mark Stuart and Kathy Stuart; and his grandchildren, Holly Good, Lauren Chadwick and Logan Orr.
