She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Evans and Nettie Parham; her former husband Gerald "Buddy" Mullinax; her sisters, Nell Stubblefield and Mary Campbell; her great grandchild Nixon Fortner; her great great grandchild Axel Elm; and her son-in-law Gene Bost.
She is survived by: her spouse K. Macpherson Edgar; her children, Beni Bost, Kaye Calvert (Larry), Bobbi Kirby and Ken Edgar (Lois); her grandchildren, Chanda Sprouse (Mark), Kristopher Harvey (Amber), Chelsea Wall (Justin), Thomas Kirby (Kayla), Kaleb Kirby (Heather), Alica Peterson (Andrew) and Michael Calvert (Allerie); her caregivers, Elizabeth Humphries, MaryAnn Harris, Donna Kirby and Mullinax; Bobbi Kirby.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory (5880 Chesnee Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (1300 Fernwood Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307).
