He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Keeter and Alice Arrowood Keeter. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Stephens Keeter; his children, Sally Keeter, Angel Hayes (John) and Joey Thompson (Pilar); his siblings, June Jones (Walt), Linda Porycki, Jerry Keeter (Sheila) and Robert Keeter (Paula); his grandchildren, Neveah Keeter, Cara Teal (Jon), Vinsett Emanuel (Sam Vinsett), Cullen Bradley, Stephen Bradley, Danika Stinespring, Devyn Stinespring and Alivia Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Teagan Thompson and Anakin Teal.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory (5880 Chesnee Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary & Crematory (5880 Chesnee Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323).
