He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Seay and Mildred Norther Seay; his son Ricky Seay; and his siblings, Ruth McAbee, A. V. Seay and Henry Seay.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Kroger (James) of Boiling Springs, Sherry Ellisor (Ricky) of Boiling Springs and Jeffery Seay (Janet) of Gaffney; and his sister Doris Brock of Spartanburg. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Harris-Nadeau Mortuary (5880 Chesnee Hwy, Chesnee, SC 29323). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
