She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Tairney and Alma Wilson Tairney; her former husband Clyde T. Stephens, Jr.; her granddaughter Gracyn Jean Stephens; and her siblings, Jean Shealy and James Tairney.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Shealy; her children, Wanda S. Buckley (Clair) of Chester, SC, Trey Stephens (Cheryl) of New Ellenton, SC and Ken Stephens of Chester, SC; and her siblings, Earl Tairney, Jr. (Julia) of St. Stephen, SC and Mary Wilson (Johnny) of Moncks Corner, SC. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
