He is survived by: his wife Joanne Howell Hemby; his stepson Frank Roice of Williston, ND; his daughter Tonya Guthrie of Morehead City, NC; his stepdaughter Kayla Roice (Hunter) of Williston, ND; his siblings, Adrain E. Hemby (Nancy) of Lancaster, SC, Rebecca Frank (David) of Swainsboro, NC, Melissa Vickers (Tom) of Newport, NC, Victoria Waltz (Fred) of Paris, OH and Sara Gray of Evansville, IN; and his grandson Bobby Ray Liles of Fresno, CA..
