He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Neely Collins and Helen Broome Collins; and his brothers, Edward, Harley, Wayne and Kenneth Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Robinson Collins; his sons, Randy Collins (Tiffany) of Burlington, NC and Neil Collins of Westminster, SC.; his brothers, Jimmy Collins of Chester and Steve Collins (Joan) of Richburg; and his grandchildren, Kaytlyn Widner (Stanley), Kelly Collins, Courtney Collins, Harley Collins, Alyssa Grant, Savannah Collins and Samuel Collins. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials made to Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House, 2275 India Hook Rd., Rock Hill, SC 29732.
