He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Newton Brantley and Thelma Dill Brantley; and his sister Diane Fite. He is survived by: his wife Mazie Wessinger Brantley; his son Charles Brantley, Jr. (Rochelle); his grandchildren, David Cole Brantley and Jessica Brantley Williams (Frank); and his great grandchild Dylan Williams.
