She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Welchel and Ruth Welchel Howard; her husband Thomas L. Jordan, Sr.; and her brothers, Walter Welchel and Randy Welchel.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Jordan (Gina) of Chester and Tammy Clayton (Allen) of Chesnee; her grandchildren, Bethany Lake (Zach) of Inman, SC, Bailey Clayton (Cole) of Hickory, NC, Ryan Jordan (Megan), Tyler Jordan (Krista) and Kyler Jordan; her great grandchildren, Jase Jordan, Deacon Jordan, Mason Lake, Lawson Lake, Millie Jordan, Scarlett Jordan and Madilynn Lake; and her brothers, Tommy Howard of Chester, SC and Clarence Gordon Welchel of Rock Hill.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chester Freedom Ministries (729 Village Dr, Chester, SC 29706). A memorial service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at the Evergreen Cemetery (149 Cemetery St, Chester, SC 29706).
