He is survived by: his wife Faye Sanders Cummings; his children, Joyce Cummings Grant (Tim) of Chester, SC, John T. Cummings of Chester, SC and William David Cummings (Anita) of York, SC; his grandchildren, James Grant (Lexie), Martha Grant Hamrick (Jake), William Cummings (Sara), Madison Cummings, John S. Cummings and Julia Cummings; his great grandchild Lilly Grant; and his brothers, Larry G. Cummings of Bear, DE, Samuel Cummings of Winston-Salem, NC. and Walter Cummings of Winston-Salem, NC.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
