He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Virgil Windham and Lillian Varnadore Windham; his wife Brenda A. Windham; and his siblings, Clarence Virgil "Butch" Windham, Jr. and Joyce Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Leigh Ann Windham (Terry) of Chester, Jennifer W. Johnson (Robert) of Chester and Gary O. Windham, Jr. (Rebecca) of Morrow, OH; his grandchildren, Trenton Windham, Garner Schutt, Victoria Jade Flores, Devin Johnson (Samantha), Cassie Box, Charles Milton Mills, III and Gary O. Windham, III; and his siblings, Doris Beam of Chester, Bonnie Windham of Lancaster, Linda Smith of Chester and Ronnie Windham of Chester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
