With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel McMahan McWatters (Chester, South Carolina), born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on May 28, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Williford McMahan and Naomi Ruth Rutledge McMahan; her husband Albert Erskine McWaters; and her siblings, Doc, Wesley McMahan and Racheal Pitts.
She is survived by: her children, Naomi Jeanette "Jan" Kee of Chester, SC, Albert Erskine "Erk" McWatters (Robin) of Fort Lawn, SC and Sherry Yvonne Boggs of Chester, SC; her grandsons, Randy (Jennifer), Erik (Jennifer), Scott (Carrie), Joshua (Brittany), Alex and Andrew; her great grandchildren, River, Toby, Paisely, David, Thomas, Brantley, McKenzie, Ethan, Bentley, Peyton and Emma; and her siblings, Annie Mae Craig and Joe W. McMahan of Chester, SC. She is also survived by her niece.
