He is survived by: his wife Vanessa Hefner Watts; his children, Julie Hutto (Jeffery) of Chester, SC and James "Jamie" Watts, III (Laura) of Chester, SC; his grandchildren, Mandy, John, Dylan, Taylor, Avery, Hope and Haley; and his sister Jerry Heatley (Randall) of Elloree, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
