He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Barnett, Eula Hyatt (Carroll), Bernice (Ellis) and Bill Daniel; and his brother-in-law Harold Helms, Jr..

He is survived by : his parents, Terry Wallace Daniel and Sara Catherine Hyatt; his sister Cathy McKellar (Lee) of Rock Hill, SC; and his nieces, Sydney Helms and Gracie Helms of Rock Hill, SC. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
