He was predeceased by : his daughter Tabatha F. Koon; his brothers, Carl Farmer and Freddie Penland; and his parents, William N. Farmer and Nancy Kilpatrick Farmer Penland.

He is survived by : his daughters, Jaclyn Hoopaugh of Chester and Tara Marie Farmer; his sister Karen Farmer of Chester; his grandchildren, Kayle Hausman, Lori Hoopaugh and Spencer Hoopaugh; and his great grandchild Derrick Webster.
