She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Childers and Mabel Childers; her husband Fred William Holmes, Sr.; her children, Fred William Holmes, Jr. and Teresa Kay Holmes; and her daughter-in-law Tina Bedenbaugh Holmes.
She is survived by: her children, Frances Darlene Holmes Elkins of Chester, SC and Roger Dale Holmes of Richburg, SC. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
