He is survived by: his brother Mark Benson; his cousins, Walter Goings, Jr., Aubrey Goings, Randy Smith, Wayne Elwell, Walter Goings, Sr. and Duck Matthews; his nieces, Andrea and Amber Benson; and his great-nieces, Karmen Horns and Kaylee Williams. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Home of Walter Goings (1550 Carter Rd, Chester, SC 29706).
