He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie; his parents, Boyd Mae and Annie Mae; and his brother Walter Ervin Grant. He is survived by: his nephews, Ellis Love (Mylynda) of Chester, SC and Howard Grant (Wendy); his great-niece Sarah of California; his nephew Walter Grant (Charlene) of Arizona; and his great-niece Katelyn Love of Charleston, SC..
