It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maude Ruth Clark Cranford (Chester, South Carolina), who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan C. Clark and Lula Gregory Clark; and her husband Delton Judson Cranford. She is survived by: her sons, Roger D. Cranford (Michelle) of West Jefferson, NC and Michael Cranford (Martha) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her grandson Reed J. Cannon of Columbia, SC; her sister Dean Largo of Portland, OR.; and also, Robin Moore, Barbara Campbell, Bernice Sullivan and Madison Queen.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to First Baptist Church "Elevator Fund" PO Box 518 Chester, SC 29706 Barron Funeral Home is assisting the family with local arrangements.
