He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Hershel Sullivan and Inez Proctor Sullivan; and his siblings, Hershel, Wayne, Terry, Dexter Sullivan and Linda Sullivan Lucas.
He is survived by: his wife Faye L. Sullivan; his daughter Anita Faye Carlton (Steven Carlton); his grandchildren, Samantha Nichole Holliman, Sarah Danielle Carlton, Michael James Carlton, Sal Steven Carlton, Mary Jessica Carlton and Rachael Faye Carlton; and his great grandchildren, Christian Elijah Goings, Austin Holliman, Heayden Goings, Serenity Halsey, Meleah Mahan, Salvatore Carlton and Claire Baskins.
