She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Conrad, and Glenn T. Conrad, Sr.; her husband John "Jack" Edward Cornwell, III; and her siblings, Glenn T. Conrad, Jr. and Jeanell Conrad Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Lea Cornwell Barriger (Norris), Scott Cornwell (Cheryl) and Edward Cornwell (Kim); her grandchildren, Barriger, III, Tyler Barriger, Cornwell, IV (Tristen), Blake Cornwell, Addie Cornwell and Hawkins Cornwell; her great grandchild Edward Norris Barriger; and her brother Hawkins Meador Conrad. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
