Nannette leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Nannette’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Nannette will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Jackson, Sr.; and her parents, Grace Barber Darby and Woodrow L. Darby. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Jackson (Linda) of Blackstock, SC, Ann Cox (Eddie) of Fernandina Beach and Joe Jackson (Patsy) of Simpsonville, SC.. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (102 Church St, Chester, SC 29706). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the Chester Memorial Gardens (945 West End Rd, Chester, SC 29706).
